a world class Tier one data centre that offers around the clock
physical security. In addition we have redundant links multiple top
internet providers, redundant & filtered power sources via Global
Switch’s site UPS’s & generators, and redundant environmental
controls for air temperature & humidity. All this provides for a
stable and secure platform on which Pro IT has built it’s systems on.
Components of our system are based on standard Microsoft technology,
with support for other technologies such as PHP, PERL & MY-SQL also
available.
Our server hardware is based again on proven technologies from IBM & HP.
Data Security is handled by our multi port central firewall which is in
addition to the security lockdown that we manage on each of our
servers. Optionally our clients can also use our SPAM/Virus firewall
for protection of their e-mail.
