Pre-Paid Support

PRO IT delivers its Pre-Paid Support in a form of Service Packs. Service Packs are based on a pre-purchased block of hours – 30, 50 or 100 depending upon your requirements. PRO IT support packs have been designed from ground up to empower businesses with, on-demand IT and network support, when and where they are needed.

With PRO IT Service Packs, businesses can control their budgets determining their IT spend, and Service Pack renewal rate.

Support when you need it - 24 x 7

There is no point in having an I.T. department if they are not available when you need them.
As a Service Pack client, you will have access to our helpdesk number and our web based helpdesk facilities. Our helpdesk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week year round, ensuring you can contact us at all times. Access to Helpdesk contact numbers and web are only available to our Support Pack clients.

Guaranteed response times

During business hours we guarantee to respond to your call for assistance within 4 hours - although in many circumstances we are able to respond instantly, and will have the issue resolved within minutes of your call. We will contact your site engineer and make the necessary arrangements to have our engineers dispatched to your site.

Three consultants appointed per site

As a Service Pack client you will be allocated a:

Senior Technology Analyst - Their role is to oversee your entire Network environment and provide recommendations and strategic planning for your future direction

Senior Site Engineer - Reporting directly to the senior Technology consultant you site engineer is responsible for maintaining all aspects of your requirements in regard to onsite work required.

Helpdesk Operator – Contactable via the helpdesk number or over the internet based helpdesk, your appointed operator will be your primary point of contact to log calls and provide first and second level assistance either over the phone or through the remote administration tools (should you elect this option please contact our team for further information).

By appointing three personnel we ensure that level of support remains consistent and personalised making your PRO IT team as much a part of your business as any other employee. Additionally you can be confident that if an issue should arise, you will be dealing with personnel that have a complete understanding of your network.
